We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and sunset slots. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on location and availability.

Q: What locations do you offer picnic proposals in?
A: We offer picnic proposals across Sydney and the Hunter Valley, including beautiful beaches, harbourfront parks, gardens, wineries and other scenic outdoor locations. Popular areas include the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney Harbour, the Lower North Shore, Greater Sydney and selected Hunter Valley wineries and venues. Have somewhere else in mind? We’re also happy to travel throughout NSW for an additional travel fee.

Q: Do I need to organise any permits or permissions for outdoor proposals?
A: No, we can take care of this for you. Some Sydney parks, beaches, council-managed locations and Hunter Valley venues require permits or approval for styled setups. Where required, we’ll liaise with the relevant council or venue and organise access and permissions for your proposal.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of our proposal?
A: We keep a close eye on the weather in the lead-up to your proposal. If rain is forecast, we’ll work with you on the best available Plan B, which may include moving to a sheltered location, changing locations, rescheduling, or switching to an indoor setup where available.
