At Perfect Proposals AU, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase.

If you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unused and in brand-new condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components included.

  • Be free from any signs of use, wear, damage, dirt, stains, candle wax, smoke odours or outdoor residue.

All returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised products.

  • Fresh or preserved flowers.

  • Digital products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Any item that has been used, assembled, displayed, installed or photographed at an event.

  • Any item not returned in its original condition.

Inspection of Returned Items

To protect our business from products being purchased for one-time events and then returned, every returned item undergoes a detailed inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item shows any evidence of use, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, scuffs or marks.

  • Dirt, sand, grass or outdoor residue.

  • Candle wax, wax stains or smoke odours.

  • Missing packaging, accessories or components.

  • Creases, folds or damage from assembly or transport.

  • Signs the item has been installed, displayed or used at a proposal, event or photoshoot.

If a returned item is found to have been used or is not returned in its original condition, the return will be declined. The item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right to photograph and document the condition of all returned items during the inspection process.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the incorrect product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
